  Assimilator is an enzymatic complex that is developed to facilitate the complete break down of food into its basic building blocks; which can then be efficiently absorbed and utilised by our cells.   Enzymes in Assimilator which break down sugars (carbohydrates):

  Amylase - it is the first enzyme that begins the digestive process of sugars. Normally it is produced in our mouth and by the pancreas. Providing the body with this enzyme will replicate this work and will preserve resources and energy. This enzyme is extremely important to digest carbohydrates, a basic component of foods like rice, legumes, bread, pasta, potato, ice-cream and most desserts. 

  Cellulase - it is one of the enzymes that cannot be produced by our body and therefore it is beneficial to receive it from foods or in a supplement form; because it helps to breakdown the cellulose of plants. Cellulase maximises nutrients extraction from grains, fruits and vegetables.
